TASTING NOTE
Greater intensity in COLOR and FLAVOR
ASPECTO VISUAL
On first glance, you will notice the surprising and unexpected vibrant green color. The well-clarified color is reminiscent of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil and is achieved by cold decantion for 2 months at 0 degrees. Foam is white and creamy.
AROMA
Surprising aroma of olive groves accompanied by a subtle scent of olives broken by hand. Also noted in the background are the spicy notes of the hops.
Overall, the aroma is one of harmony, freshness and subtlety.
SABOR
Flavor is very fresh with notes of breadcrumbs and traces of honey from the Pils malt. Aftertaste has a mild and subtle olive flavor, from the Empeltre Olive Variety.
Overall, a mild and delicate beer.
IMPRESIÓN GENERAL
OLIBA “THE EMPELTRE ONE” is fresh, complex, well-rounded and refreshing; with medium carbonation, its light, pleasant mouthfeel makes it a unique drink. It is designed for everyone and we have confirmed that it is equally enjoyable to real beer lovers and people who don’t drink beer regularly.

EMPELTRE VARIETY
Authenticity and Exclusivity
Mis Raices distinguishes itself by this variety, representing less than 1% of the olive production in the world, and coming from their olive groves by their families, for over four generations.
• • •
THE EMPELTRE ONE versus THE ORIGINAL ONE
Both pleasant
Both are smooth and refreshing being THE EMPELTRE ONE a slightly more intense in terms of flavor, color and average of alcohol.
Overall the mouthfeel is a bit more complex and well-rounded, compared to THE ORIGINAL, mainly due to the Empeltre olive variety used as basis.
